Reflection Week 4
Today marks week 4 for my improvement for the mile run. I seen improvement in my run. This time in my mile run I burned off 8 seconds off my prior best run. I still been drinking lots of water. I try to drink at least one water a day but when I drink more than my minimum I get in trouble for drinking too much and not letting anyone else in my household get any water. I also been watching many videos on youtube that shows me how to become a better runner. I learned to breathe in through my nose and out of my mouth. I plan to continue improving.
