Reflection 7

This week I was able to bake something! I baked banana muffins and they turned out great. I thought that they seemed burnt, but then I realized that wasn't the case and that it was just the color. They taste great and my family loves them. I had super ripe bananas lying around so I figured why not bake some banana muffins? It was my first time baking muffins so I'm happy they turned out well. I want to step it up a bit in the upcoming weeks and bake more complicated things like macaroons or pastries. Wish me luck!
