REFLECTION 5.0

This week I practiced cooking the dishes I already learned and did not learn any new dishes. Therefore I cooked while rice, spinach stew, corn beef stew, jollof rice, and plantains. It has been a while since I had a week where I practiced cooking all the foods already known to me. So I took this week to relax and cook these foods from memory. Additionally, in preparation for next week I started researching food with an adequate amount of potassium because II want to improve the health quality of the foods I can cook.
