Reflection 5

This weekend was really hectic because of Relay for Life, but I was finally able to bake! I baked oatmeal cookies with my friend who's a really good baker. We brought a huge batch to Relay and they were a huge hit. The first batch came out burnt, but then we figured out that my oven heats from the bottom so that's why a lot of the things I bake burn. So for the rest of the batches, we baked it on the top racks. This will be some goo advice to refer to in my future baking ventures. I still have to write a blog post for these oatmeal cookies but I will do that this week. I'm looking forward to baking more goodies for myself and others!
