Reflection #7
My project is to learn how to braid hair, install, and style hair. This week was kind of setback, I've been bus with college apps and cheerleading. I did practice braiding although my goal of getting the braids to be smaller did not happen, I did get them to be more neat. I was not in class on Friday because I took my road test and this was an all around busy week. I enjoy braiding a lot more now and just want to perfect it so I can move on to installing the hair. I watched a hair stylist install a weave on Saturday while I got my hair done. She made it look very easy, but I know it is not. The whole process seems to take a long time and for my end product, I am going to need to set aside a good amount of time to successfully complete it. Next week, I will work harder on getting the braids smaller and finally start the circle.
