Reflection 6
I finally finished my practice pattern this week. I'm going to insert a picture of it below. The yarn I used was multi-colored and kind of ugly because like I said before, I already had it around my house so I didn't have much of a choice. The fact that it was multi-colored makes it kind of difficult to see the different stitching but I'll try my best to explain. The stitch I started with (the one all the way on the right) is called a garter stitch. The next one to the left is a rib stitch. Then I went back to a garter stitch. After that, I tried a seed stitch and then I did about four rows of a garter stitch again at the very end. Before this week, I didn't really know what the names of all these different stitches were until I decided to do some more research this week. I'm really happy with my progress and I'm excited to go out and buy some new yarn and needles to get started on my scarf.
