Well everything has continued to go great. The diet goes well during the week. On Wednesday (which has become my long run day) I finally broke my plateau. I ran 7 miles. I have to admit, it was more challenging than expect it. I didn't feel the effects until I STOPPED running. When I stopped, I was out of breath and close to vomiting. It took me a while to settle down. Perhaps I should run two or more hours after eating to ensure digestion and prevent this from happening. I might have to do some research on that.
The cold continues to bother me. I have no long running pants so I still run in shorts. My skin gets red and irritated. I'll have to invest in pants soon.
This weekend was another set back. Halloween did not encourage healthy eating. I ate more candy Saturday than I did all year. And I didn't exercise or run.
Now that I have a job, finding the motivation to continue to run is difficult. I get home very late and still have to do my homework. But I'm trying to schedule my day so that I accomplish everything.
