Reflection 5

This week I decided to switch the gears and focus on the storyboard aspect of this cartoon. The story line of my cartoon is to share my experience during my trip to Boston this summer. The observations I made about the characteristics of each lane was quite funny and I think that the viewer can empathize and laugh at some of the moments. A short summary is that the lane on the right is the overly cautious and slow drivers, the middle lane represents the indecisive drivers, and the left lane represents the Grand Theft Auto video game swerving speeding and swerving like crazy. I think the graphics will help like the viewer visualize and share the emotions that I experienced myself.

I realize that making a video includes more than drawing. It includes dialogue, a story line, and viewer engagement. Like real world jobs, I have to wear many hats as a one woman production team. But I am enjoying myself despite the workload.
