Week 6
Week 6 has been a great step back. I haven't been running at all. Because of my new job, I haven't had the motivation. It's getting harder to find the time to go outside or to the gym. Our 4 day weekend took a toll on me. I thought it'd be the perfect opportunity to increase my run but instead it was nothing but work and studying. I did go to the gym on Tuesday and Friday , and did some cardio. But it wasn't nearly as much as I've been doing before this week. I hope this doesn't cause a drastic decrease in my mileage. As far as the diet, it hasn't completely been forgotten. Only one cheat day, Saturday. And that was because of the free food from work. So my job has had a negative impact on my running but I plan on altering my schedule to fit in my runs.
