Reflection Week 5

This marks week 5 of me still going along with my plan of running and improving my times as well as physical aspects of my body. My diet has been going along well. Everyday I bring a bottle of water to school (which is something I never used to do). I have been on countless websites tutoring myself to do better in my mile run. I learned: the only way to get better in improving mile run, is to keep running them.
