REFLECTION CINCO

This week my mother taught me how to roast chicken. We began by taking taking the chicken out the freezer in order to let it thaw; once the chicken became soft we cut the fat off of it. Afterwards, proceeded to seasoning it; we spread the seasoning all over the chicken and eventually inside of the chicken. Then we put the chicken inside the oven and let it cook, however we consistently checked the chicken to make sure it didn't burn. In the end the chicken came out fantastic. I hope to apply what I learned to seasoning turkey for thanksgiving but next week's focus is on rice.
