Reflection 7

I improved from last week where I did no exercise at all. However, I did not do any running exercises this week. This week I strictly focused on my diet plan. I drunk 2 bottles minimum everyday and at most 4 bottles. The only day I didn't drink water was today, Friday (the 13th), which is because I literally drunk up the whole package of water bottles my mom bought. The usually goes shopping every Saturday so we'll restock and I'll be back drinking water on Saturday. I eat way less calories and I went to Wendy's/any other fast-food places less ever since I started this project. I am very proud of myself because I always wanted to stop eating fast-food but I could never fulfill this objective until now.
