Week #6

This week was the first week that I began focusing my efforts towards building endurance and speed, so my week was really focused on running. I wasn't home all Sunday and Saturday, so I used those as my break day. Monday was a running day where I focused my efforts on things like long jogs to build endurance. Tuesday was a flexibility day that I used to stretch out my muscle. Wednesday was a strength training day, I used this day to build up arm strength rather than focusing 100% on legs. Thursday was also a flexibility day, and Friday was finally another running day, but this time I decided to focus on speed, so I did things like 1:30 second short fast sprints with a 30 second cool down for a total of about 25 minutes. That about wrapped up week #6, I've haven't decided to change anything for next week because I feel that this schedule is pretty decent.
