Week 7 reflection
This has been a great week for me and my training plan. Now that I've incorporated fencing into my training and focused everything on improving my fencing, it's been going very well. I began this week by creating a schedule for the next three weeks in advance. I'm not sure what my goal exactly is now that I've changed the focus of my exercising, but it will have something to do with my current goal on improving endurance and speed. Now on to my schedule this week. To start off, I had 2 running days, 1 flexibility day, and 2 strength training days this week. Monday and Thursday were my running days. On Monday I worked on my endurance, running for distance, at a medium jogging pace, while Thursday was a speed day, when I ran faster and for time not distance. Wednesday was my flexibility day, and I did this while I was at my fencing club before my lesson. My strength days were Friday during fitness and Saturday at home. Other than what I stated earlier, not much has changed in my routine.
